Why Morocco?

The answer for me is very simple. Morocco is definitely one of the most beautiful , most colorful and interesting countries in the world.
To start with, it’s multicultural, it’s huge , it has all geographical advantage to be one of the Nr.1 touristic countries in the world. It has many beautiful beaches, historical cities being World Heritage such as El Jadida, Fez, Marrakech, beautiful mountains also with snow, and last but not least the vast Sahara , where you can see the unique , beautiful desert, ride a camel and enjoy a very tasty moroccan style tea or get closer to the moroccan cuisinery which is also one of the tastiest one which I ever got to know. Morocco is indeed close to Europe and also because of the french effect and it’s closeness to Spain it is more accepted to be a tourist or simply non-moroccan over here. It’s most beautiful cities, such as Fez and Marrakech had so many attractions which you have never seen before, in it’s biggest commercial city Casablanca some years ago the worlds second biggest mosque had been erected, which is really worth a visit, just how I did myself. And indeed it is easy to travel to Morocco and very cheap. Not many people know that Morocco is famous not only for it’s muslim traditions but also it has the richest jewish heritage among all african countries, and it also had a vast jewish communitiy which did not cease to exist. There are various projects and investments going on in Morocco , which might make the country the next Spain. Also you can find so many treasures in the various colorful bazaars of the Medinas (old cities) of the different towns among which the most beautiful one is found in Fez -also being an Internationa World Heritage- ,in the marketplaces (souks) as I have experiences there is always and ongoing mania for moroccan decoration such as lanterns , lamps and pottery and textiles, so why don’t you go and get it yourself? In the following articles I would like to introduce you some of my favorite cities such as Fez or Marrakech, interesting facts about Morocco and also I’d like to give advice for everyone who would like to travel to Morocco, as I ’m up-to-date by all means in all travelling types and modes and also the seasons when to go. I welcome everyone who would like to get closer to the culture of this alonestanding country.
